Four Waves & Wonder Return Policy

At Four Waves & Wonder, we are committed to providing you with clothing that captures the spirit of adventure and the joy of childhood, inspired by the beauty of Lake Michigan and the Indiana Dunes. We want you to love our products as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Start Your Return: Contact our customer service team at fourwavesandwonder@gmail.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items you’re returning in the original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at fourwavesandwonder@gmail.com. We will arrange the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
